Refunds are available for canceled orders prior to shipping.
To request a refund, email lacie@pourhousepressing with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Once production is finished, we will ship your order directly to you and notify you with tracking information.
For local pickup, your order will be available at the shop. Hours are 12-6 Wednesday-Sunday. We can schedule a different pickup time if needed.
Estimated delivery is 6-8 weeks after pre-order launch.
